140 g flour
1 TB b powder
3 TB custard powder
28 g tapioca starch
2 eggs
140 g sugar
2 TB evaporated milk
140 mL (1/2 c + 1TB) water
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TB oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Stir together. Rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

Spray pan (and again after every second waffle). Bring egg waffle pan to medium/med-hi heat. Open and pour 1/3 c batter in. Close and flip immediately. Cook 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 minute. Turn onto rack and cool until crisp (~2 minutes).
