St. Louis Style Pork Ribs (10-12 lbs.)
2-3 cups Red Wine
2 cups Soy Sauce
2 cups Honey
3 cans Crushed Pineapple
4 Lemons, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casing from ribs.

Mix all other ingredients and divide marinade evenly between foil roasting pans.

Marinate in refrigerator for 2 days. Turn ribs 4 times per day.

Cover pan with foil and bake ribs in oven at 300 for 3 hours, turning once halfway through cooking time.

Remove foil and continue baking until slightly glazed.

This recipe has evolved over the years and now includes Cointreau and no red wine but I don't have that recipe anymore.
