4 Large Cooked Shrimp
1 oz. Candied Cranberry Crumbled Goat Cheese or Plan Crumbled Goat Cheese
1 oz. Romaine lettuce
1 hole Radius.
1 oz. Bell Pepper
1 oz. Tomato
4 Baby Carrots
1 Baby Knob Onion, Green part only or Green Onion if you can't get the other
Salad dressing of your choice

Directions:

1) Rinse all fruit and vegetables.
2) Cut romaine into bit size pieces. Cut all fruit into bit size pieces. Cut the top and bottom of radius, discard and cut it into little pieces. Cut carrots into little coin shape pieces. Cut the green part of onion or hole green onion into small pieces.
3) Toss the fruit, vegetables, romaine and put it on the bowl or plate. Sprinkle the cheese on top and put the shrimp on top of that. Drizzle the salad dressing on top and serve.
