2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced basil
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
⅓ cup romano cheese
½ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and blend with salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Add ground beef and pork and blend thoroughly. Add bread crumbs and Romano cheese. Blend thoroughly. Roll into 1 inch balls. Add oil to bottom of large frying pan and fry until browned all over. Remove and place on paper towels to soak up excess oil

Hint: Cook this for an additional ¾ of an hour in a pot of tomato sauce and you'll have the most tender and moist meatballs you have ever eaten.
