1 sleeve of saltine crackers
3 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Finely crush the saltines. Add seasonings to taste. Put in a large zip lock bag.

In a flat bowl, beat the egg and add about 1 T water.

In a large frying pan (preferable iron skillet) heat vegetable oil on medium high.

Dip the chop in the egg to coat thoroughly and then place in zip lock bag with seasoned cracker crumbs. Coat the chop and press the crumbs into both sides of meat. Immediately place into frying pan. Careful it will splatter! Repeat with the rest of the chops. Cook 10-15 minutes on each side. After you flip the meat the first time, turn the heat on the stove to medium. Do not cover. Take out of pan and serve immediately.
