1 pound lean ground turkey
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken or turkey
¾ to 1 cup water
2 eggs
½ cup chopped dried cranberries, optional
2 cups (16 oz) barbecue sauce
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 2 (15x10”) pans. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, optional cranberries and eggs until blended. Shape into approx. 50 (1 to 1 ½ inch) balls and place on pans. Bake 16 min. or until done. Meanwhile bring barbecue sauce and cranberry sauce to a boil in a large saucepan on med. heat, stirring occasionally. Add cooked meatballs to sauce; stir to coat evenly.

Quick Trick. . . If in a hurry, just buy frozen turkey meatballs at the store and mix together 2 cups bbq sauce & 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce. Bake meatballs at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Place heated meatballs in a crockpot, pour bbq-cranberry mixture over meatballs, heat crock-pot on low.
