⅓ c. butter
⅔ c. sugar
¾ c. sifted flour
½ tsp. salt
Sliced cooking apples
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, sugar and salt with fingers. Fill a 9 inch aluminum foil pie pan with sliced, peeled cooking apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the butter, sugar, flour mixture on top. Bake in 350º oven until apples are fork tender and top is brown. Cool package for freezing. Freeze. To serve, heat 15 to 20 minutes in 350º oven. Serve warm topped with chilled whipped cream a jigger of rum poured over all.
