1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Sift flour into a bowl, add the eggs and 3-4 tbsp of the milk, and mix well. Gradually stir in the rest of the milk to make a fairly runny batter. Melt the butter, let cool almost completely, then add to batter. Season with dash of salt, then whisk again for a few minutes. Let stand for at least 1 hour. The batter can be kept in the fridge overnight as well.
Pour in a bit of batter, swirl and spread the batter along pan as evenly as possible. Place the pan back on the heat to let the crepe cook.
