3 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese bricks
3 eggs
¾ c sugar
1 heaping T of flour
1 T vanilla
Vanilla wafer cookies
1 can of choice pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, then add all of the other ingredients and beat until smooth. Place smal vanilla wafer in bottom of small muffin pans. Place mixture over wafer to top. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and top with pie filling.
