1 lb + 1 cup - Powdered sugar, divided
1 ¾ cup - Graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks - Salted butter, softened
2 cups - Creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together softened butter and 1 pound of powdered sugar.
2. Add peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Roll the dough into 1" balls.
4. Chill balls in the freezer for 20 minutes.
5. Spread out extra cup of powdered sugar in a shallow dish and roll the balls in the powdered sugar.
6. Chill until served.
