1 1/2c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
1 T. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
To make sour cream add 1 T. vinegar to milk, stir and let sit 10 minutes
Mix ingredients in order given, blend well. Sprinkle tops generously with granulated sugar.
Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans 40 minutes at 350º.
