4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 ounces lean ham
4 Tbsp shredded italian cheeses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Pound chicken to 1/4 -inch thick, put 1/2 ounce ham and 1 Tbsp of cheese on top of each breast. Roll up and secure with a wooden pick.
Spray chicken rolls with cooking spray and roll in bread crumbs.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place rolls in dish; bake for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 160º.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
