1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour


Optional addition: 1 c. roughly chopped salted peanuts

Directions:
Make balls. Roll in sugar (optional). squash with fork and bake til golden (12-16 minutes) at 350º.
Immediately after removal from oven, top with chocolate kiss. If adding kiss, don't flatten with fork before baking.
