No-Frying Chicken Parmesan Recipe

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
¾ c Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese and salt
1 26 oz jar pasta sauce
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Sprinkle bread crumbs with parmesan cheese and salt. Dip chicken in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken in 9”x13” baking dish. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken; top with mozzarella. Bake 10 more minutes or til chicken is no longer pink. Serve with hot cooked pasta.
