1-1/2c 50/50 almond flour/coconut flour
1/4c erythritol
3Tbsp butter
pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4c almond milk
1/4c heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough. Form into individual scones or a round flat "loaf" in a cast iron skillet

Bake 350 about 18 minutes
