1 lb Box Elbow Noodles
2 T Salt
4 - 5 Stalks Celery, diced
⅓ C Red Onion, diced
2 C Miracle Whip
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 9 oz Containers Chunk Light Tuna, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in 2 T salt until el dente. Drain and rinse in cold water or cool on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Combine celery, onion, drained tuna, cooled noodles and tuna in a large bowl. Refrigerate.
