1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1 can (13oz) evaporated milk
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x1 1/4 or 10 1/2 plate. Beat all ingredients 1 minute in a blender or 2 minutes with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
