2 pkgs. Stella D'oro cookies
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cool whip
3 T powdered sugar
15 oz crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar. Then add pineapple. Spread between cookie halves. Chill.
