8-10 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 small head lettuce
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions or red onion
1 package frozen peas
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tblsp sugar
4 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break lettuce, lay in bottom of glass dish or a plastic container that has a lid. Sprinkle celery, green pepper, onion, and frozen peas. Mix sugar and mayonnaise and spoon over this, sprinkle cheese, add cooked and crumbled bacon and refrigerate. It can be used as leftovers but not too long as it becomes soggy.
