1 gallon cider
1 orange (quartered)
2 tbsp whole cloves
2-3 sticks cinnamon
1 cup honey

Directions:

Bring to a slow boil then simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Refrigerate.

Orange, cloves, and cinnamon sticks could be placed in cheesecloth bag and removed after cooking.
