¼ c Wesson oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
¼ c chopped parsley
1 lb ground beef
15 oz can tonato sauce
1 c water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp oregano
3 oz can mushroom pieces, drained
8 oz pkg spaghetti, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, garlic and parsley lightly in oil. Add meat and cook till redness disappears. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
