3 tbsp butter
½ c corn flake crumbs
¼ c Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 2 lb veal cutlets (can substitute pork)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Sauce
8 oz tomato sauce
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp sugar
Dash onion salt
1 slice mozzarella for each cutlet

Directions:

Melt butter in 9”x13” pan. Combine flakes, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip cutlets in beaten egg and then crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 15-20 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients and heat just to boilig. Pour over meat and cover with cheese. Bake 3 minutes more.
