2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove minced
16 oz bag frozen collard greens
3/4 cups chicken broth
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest and juice of one lemon
lemon wedges for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, heat 1Tbsp butter over medium heat.
Peel garlic using a garlic peeler and mince. Add garlic to butter and cook until fragrant..
Add collards and cook, stirring about 3 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth, salt and lemon zest, and cover, cooking until tender 8-10 minutes.
Add lemon juice and remaining butter. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
