2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T olive oil
4 (15½ oz) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
4 c chicken broth
1½ tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 c sour cream
1 c whipping cream
2 (7 oz) cans diced green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, saute chicken, onion and garlic in oil until cooked through. Add beans, chilies, seasonings, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for at least 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream and whipping cream and heat just until hot.
