4 qt. sliced cucumbers
6 med. white onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced (1 2/3 c.)
3 cloves garlic
1/3 c. pickling salt
5 c. sugar
2 T. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. tumeric
cracked ice
3 c. cider vinegar


Directions:

Combine cucumbers, onions, green pepper, garlic and salt. Cover with ice, mix well, and let stand 3 hours. Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients, pack in jars with 1/2" headspace. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
