2 12 oz pkg frozen hot pork sausage, thawed
1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded good
¾ c minced onion
2 c milk
2 8 oz pkg shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
½ tsp salt
6 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9”x13” glass baking dish. In medium skillet, brown sausage; drain. In large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, milk, 3 c cheese, salt and eggs. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Bake at 350°, uncovered, til knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, covered. Cut into squares and serve warm with salsa.
