1 (14oz) pkg. Caramels
2 Tbs. Water
4-5 medium Apples
4-5 wooden sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramel and water in (top) double boiler. Place over hot water and cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
Insert wooden sticks into stem end of apples. Keep caramel mixture over hot water or low heat. Dip apples into caramel mixture turning to coat. Scrape off excess caramel. Place on greased wax paper (greased so caramel will not stick) and chill until set.Makes 4-5 apples.
