8 Oz. Linguine
1 T. Olive Oil
3/4 Lb. Pealed shrimp and deveined
1/4 Lb. Mushrooms sliced
4 Cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 T. White wine
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
Grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine in large pot of boiling water. Follow package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add shrimp, mushrooms, and garlic. Stir to coat with oil.

Add wine and cook over medium high heat stirring often until shrimp cooks about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place linguine in serving bowls. Pour shrimp mixture over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
