½ c. butter
¾ c. sugar
3 T. milk
1 c. coconut
1 ½ c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter on high speed until softened. Add half of the flour, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the remaining flour and coconut.

Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased sheet. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm and bottoms lightly browned.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
