In small dish combine:
2 ¼ tsp. yeast
¼ c. warm water
¼ tsp. sugar

In another dish, combine:
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened

Add 2 beaten eggs; add to flour. Stir in 1 c. scalded milk cooled to lukewarm. Add yeast mixture and mix together.

Cover lightly and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

The dough will be sticky. Divide in half. On well-floured board, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll and slice.

Bake at 375º for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and ice immediately.
