3 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs
3 cups oats
1 can Milnot
1 tbsp. minced onions
2 tsps. salt
tsp. minced garlic
2 tsps. chili powder
⅛tsp. cayenne pepper
Mix well roll in balls & bake 350 30 to 35 minutes

32 ozs. Hines ketchup
1 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced onion
Heat together until well blended.

After baking meatballs you may freeze until ready to serve.

Place meatballs in crock pot cover with sauce and heat on low for several hours.
