2 c. white sugar
1 c. water
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. raw or roasted peanuts
¼ tsp. salt (if using raw peanuts)
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spray rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick spray.

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in medium pan. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat slowly to 245º, stirring gently occasionally.

Add 2 c. peanuts (and salt if raw). Continue to cook to 300º. Add baking soda. Stir to blend and cook until golden brown (1 minute approx.). Remove from heat and continue to stir.

Pour hot mixture onto prepared pan and spread out with wooden spoon. Cool completely. Break into pieces.
