1 C FRESH MUSHROOMS
4 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
4 T BUTTER

CUT UP ONION
PUT ONION AND MUSHROOMS IN PAN AND COOK W/ SOME BUTTER (SET ASIDE)
PUT CHICKEN BREASTS IN PAN WITH BUTTER - COOK BOTH SIDES (ABOUT 4 MINS EA SIDE)
ADD MUSHROOM/ONION MIXTURE AND REHEAT A COUPLE OF MINS
PUT SWISS CHEESE ON TOP OF EACH CHICKEN BREAST AND PUT LID ON PAN UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED
