1 pork chop per person, chopped into cubes (pkg of pork stew meat is easier)
1 can pineapple chunks - drain juice to save
1 large onion chopped
1 qt half n' half
1 T soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from the pineapple and place in a bowl with the chunked pork. Marinate overnight.

Drain juice. Brown meat in a fry pan. Add 1 large chopped onion brown both. Add half n' half, just enough to cover the meat. Heat for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 T soy sauce, salt and pepper. Just before serving, add pineapple chunks and heat.

Serve over rice.
