1 ¼. lbs. of extra lean ground beef
½ c. bread crumbs
½ c. water or milk
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
½ c. vinegar
¼ c. water
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 can of pineapple tidbits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef crumbs, water or milk, salt and pepper.
Shape into approximately 24 meatballs.
Brown in a frying pan. Transfer into a casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar and flour in a saucepan. Stir well.
Add vinegar, second amount of water, soya sauce and ketchup.
Stir over medium heat until boiling.
Add can of pineapple and ½ the juice.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover and bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
