2 cans of refried beans
1 Package of McCormick Taco Seasoning
1 – 8oz container of Sour Cream
1 – 8 or 10 oz container of guacamole dip
1 – can of rotel diced tomatoes
1 – small diced fresh tomato (optional)
1 – small diced onion (optional)
2 cups of Monterrey jack shredded cheese or mild cheddar cheese (your preference)
1 – small can of black olives – Sliced or chopped (your preference)
1 – casserole dish

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer – mix refried beans with taco seasoning - layer in casserole dish
2nd layer – mix sour cream and guacamole dip – layer on top of beans
3rd layer – drain rotel and put on top of sour cream and guacamole mixture
4th layer – diced tomato on top of rotel
5th layer – diced onions on top of tomato
6th layer – Cheese on top of onions
7th layer – black olives on top of cheese
Serve with Tortilla Chips
