¼ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped celery
¼ c. butter
3 tbsp. four
¼ tsp. salt
1½ c. chicken broth
1½ c. milk
2 c. cooked chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in flour and salt.
Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Transfer to soup pot.
Add broth and milk, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in cooked broccoli.
