1 large can Chunky Pineapple (drain and save juice)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 egg (well beaten)
1-1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1 large Cool Whip
2 cups diced apples (unpeeled)
1-1/2 cups Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and combine the pineapple chunks with marshmallows. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

In a sauce pan over medium heat, mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar together and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Refrigerate overnight.

Next day, mix sauce with Cool Whip. Add remaining ingredients and chill for 8 hours before serving.
