1 c. Butter - soften
2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Oatmeal
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Middle Layer:
1 pkg. 12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
1 can Sweeten Condensed Milk.
2 T Butter

Optional:1/2 Pecans or Walnuts Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla. Mix dry ingredients oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. 2/3 of the mixture should be press into a greased bar pan 10 X 15. Melt in a sauce pan together chocolate chips, sweeten condensed milk and butter. Pour mixture over crust and crumble remaining base layer over the top in clumps covering the top with some chocolate showing. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
