1 Large Yellow Onion (diced)
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Stick of Butter
1 TBS Vegeta Seasoning
Pepper to taste
3 Dashes of Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 - 16oz Sour Cream
1 - Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of butter in bottom of pot. Caramelize yellow onion. Add garlic and saute (do not burn). Add cayenne pepper to caramelized onions. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and add to pot. Add enough water to cover the cauliflower.Stir in 1 TBS Vegeta Seasoning. Cook for approximately 1 hour to soften the cauliflower. Mix sour cream into the soup until dissolved. Add the heavy whipping cream and simmer.
