1 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ c. shortening
½ c. peanut butter
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
9 oz. bag Hershey Kisses
½ c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugars, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir well. Shape into balls; roll in sugar. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Immediately upon removing from oven, place kiss in the center of each cookie.
