Ingredients:  
4 to 5 pork chops
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can french fried onion rings
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops and onion in 2 teaspoons oil on both sides. Remove chops and add inch of water to fry pan. Scrape up brown bits off bottom, add soup and mix well. Add chops and soup mixture into casserole bowl then cover.

Bake 1 hour at 350. Remove from oven, add french onions and sour cream. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
