2 1/2 Qt. Water
8 Teas. Better then Bouillon, chicken flavor.
1 1in. thick slice Turkey from Deli {or leftover turkey]
1 Stalk Celery cubed
1 Cup Barley
1 Cup Baby lima beans
2 Cups frozen Peas
1/2 Bunch fresh Kale cut off the tough stem.
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and bouillon to a boil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add barley and cook 20 min. on low to med heat.
Add the rest of ingred. and bring back to boil
Turn heat to simmer.
Cook 15 min more or till barley is tender
