4 Green peppers
Uncle Ben's natural brown rice
2 T. Peanut or Sesame Oil
1 Medium chopped onion
1 Clove of garlic
1 Pkg. of hamburger meat
1 Can (8 oz.) sauce
1/4 t. Parsley
1/4 t. Basil
1/4 t. Oregano
1 Bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water 45 minutes.

Combine oil, chopped onion, garlic and stir until brown.

Add hamburger meat and brown. Add 1/2 can of tomato sauce. Let simmer for 1 hour.

Add parsley, basil, oregano, and bay leaf.

Cook 4 green peppers. Stuff with equal portion of rice and meat. Pour the rest of tomato
sauce.

Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
