2 cups boiling water
3 oz. cranberry Jello
3 oz. raspberry Jello
20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped celery (2 stems)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and gelatin packets and stir 2 minutes, until dissolved.

Blend in pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. DO NOT COVER, or the gelatin won’t set.

Stir in nuts and celery and pour into oil-sprayed mold. Chill two more hours. DO NOT COVER.

Dip mold carefully into room-temperature water and flip onto festive plate.
