Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 CUPS (LONG GRAIN) WHITE RICE

2 CUPS WATER

4 CUPS 2% MILK

1 1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR

3 TBS BUTTER

1 TSP SALT

5 CINNAMON STIX

Directions:
Directions:
In a crockpot or large pot mix everything EXCEPT the sugar! The sugar will stick to the pot and make a nasty mess. It goes in at the very end.
Cook in a pot on low- med or in the crockpot on high but you must stir every 10 min or so till it starts to thicken and then every 5 min. If it needs more milk add a cup at a time. When finished you will add about 1 cup to cool down and stop the cooking process. In the pot, it should cook in 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour and in crock pot 4 hours.
When rice is done, add the milk and sugar and stir. Taste to see if more sugar or milk will need to be added. Then serve.
