A large pack of stew meat

1 pack of frozen mixed vegetables (The package that has corn, peas, green beans)(NEVER CANNED!)

4 med sized potatoes (peeled and chopped)

1 can of stewed tomatoes (Mexican style)

2 small cans of chopped tomatoes

2 cans of tomato sauce or 1 large and 1 small can

1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp onion powder

1-2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all items in a large crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or high for 5-6 hours. Check potatoes to see if they are soft to serve and serve with cornbread!
