To form cinnamon rolls, roll out half of dough. Spread melted butter onto dough with a brush. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough lengthwise. Cut into rolls. Repeat with the other half of dough. Makes 24 cinnamon rolls in a broiler pan.
