4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1½ cup Fingered Carrots (in a can) (drain and mashed)
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
1¼ cup Oil
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 dcup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Chopped Dates


Cream Cheese Frosting:
8oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Milk
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 stick Butter (softened)
1 small can Crushed Pineapple (drained well)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat Eggs, Sugar, Oil, Pineapple, Carrots and Vanilla to well blended.

2. Add Flour, Baking Soda, Walnuts and Dates. Mix well.

3. Pour into 9x13 cake pan.




Bake: 350º for 40 minutes
