1 lb Ground Beef
cup Chopped Onion
cup Chopped Celery
2 tbsp Dry Parsley
cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
⅛ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
tsp Garlic Flakes
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
⅓ tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tbsp Mustard
tsp Oregano
tsp Basil
1 large can Stewed Tomato
1 large can Tomato Paste
1 small can Mushrooms
lb Sausage (optional)

1. Brown Ground Beef.

2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
